High Efficiency, Low Cost with Bosch Condensing Combi Boiler

Bosch condensing combi boilers, associated with such concepts as trust, high efficiency, technology and comfort, offer the ideal solution for those who want to meet their heating and hot water needs for an affordable price, without compromising the quality and fuel economy.
Bosch Thermotechnology, the inventor of the condensing technology, has been producing water heaters, conventional combi boilers, wall-mounted condensing combi boilers, and boilers since 1895 and continuing to improve its products, by constantly renewing its technology. Bosch condensing combi boilers, delivering high efficiency and working with low cost, are among the important products of Heating Products Group. Manufactured out of advanced technology product ''Magnesium-Aluminum-Silicium'' alloy, equipped with cast heating blocks and being corrosion-resistant, Bosch condensing combi boilers recover latent heat inside the waste gas, due to the special design of the heating blocks and the high thermal conductivity coefficient of the material, and reach efficiency values up to 109 percent. As Bosch condensing combi boilers transform the fuel into the heat in the best way, they distinguish themselves by consuming much less fuel than the normal combi boilers.

Full modulating fan of the Bosch condensing combi boilers automatically increases or decreases its speed according to the gas amount coming into the combi boiler, depending on the heat demand. This process called modulation prevents the combi boiler from having more or less air than necessary, so that it can reach the ideal combustion, which is one of the keystones of high efficiency. So, since the combi boiler is prevented from taking unnecessary air from the cold external environment with a temperature up to -40°C, heating it unnecessarily and expelling it again, it results in fuel economy.

Ready hot water with Eco/Comfort function
The “Eco-Comfort” function of Bosch condensing combi boilers is an operating system that both increases the water comfort and provides economy. In the 'Comfort'' function, the water supply is heated up to the temperature adjusted with the adjusting button and waits in reserve on the plate exchanger. Consequently, hot water demand is satisfied in a shorter time, preventing wasteful water flow. When 'eco'' function is selected, hot water gets ready only when it is needed, as in normal combi boilers.

Stainless steel secondary exchanger
Stainless steel secondary exchanger with double passage meets the water supply demand in a very short time, with “3-star” comfort, the highest standard in the heat quality of water supply. In other words, even when, in the bathtub, the amount of water flowing from the fixture changes, depending on external factors – e.g. turning on of the hot-water tap in the kitchen – the temperature of the flowing water remains steady.

Bosch combi boilers, when preparing hot water supply, use again the condensing technology that enables the utilization of latent heat in the waste gas. Although the calcification risk in the plate exchanger has been reduced, there is also an additional protective function, namely, an automatic disinfection system against the ''Legionella'' virus, which can propagate in water supply.

Protection against freezing in cold weather
Provided that the combi boiler is running, when the heat sensor detects that the water temperature in the system has fallen to 8°C, the safety system actuates and protects the combi boiler against freezing. On the other hand, condensing combi boilers work smoothly, without being affected by the regional voltage changes, by the fluctuations ranging from 160 to 250 V. In the combi boilers with a protection system against high and low pressure In the heating installation, the equipment is prevented from suffering any damage that may arise from overpressure or overheating in the pump and exchanger as a result of water decrease in the heating circuit.

Suitable for cascade installation
Cascade system enables several devices to work together knowingly, in case that an individual device has not the sufficient capacity to heat large spaces like an apartment. The cascade system provides high operating safety and even when one of the devices breaks down or needs maintenance, it ensures that the others continue to work, in order to keep the space always warm and water supply constantly hot.

On the other hand, as it can reduce the heat capacity of a device to the minimum value, especially during the seasonal transitions, it prevents overheating or underheating of the space in relation with the adjusted temperature. It is possible to build cascade systems, by using different models of Bosch condensing devices together.

Compatible with solar systems
Due to their capability to work with solar energy systems through a “solar kit”, Bosch condensing combi boilers offer the possibility to benefit additionally from solar energy in preparing hot water supply. The condensing combi boilers have a NOx class 5 rating and are highly eco-friendly. Bosch combi boilers, for which free inspection and startup service is provided, have quality certificates of various reputed organizations such as TSE, CE, DIN, DVGW, VDE, BSI, NF and also offer a Bosch 3-year factory warranty.

Additional safety systems
Child safety lock: Bosch condensing combi boilers have a safety system which locks the control panel by pushing a single button and prevents the presets from being changed accidentally or by children.

Warning buzzer: When the system undergoes any changes that prevent the device from working, such as water pressure drop or blockage of the flue, the device warns its user both by an error code displayed on its digital indicator and by a buzzer. The warning buzzer can be deactivated, if desired.

Maintenance indicator: The maintenance indicator of Bosch condensing combi boilers reminds its user of the maintenance time by a code displayed on the control panel.
