Isısan is taking over the sales & marketing & service activities of heating business from BSH Ev Aletleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. This change of guard within the Bosch Group Turkey will preserve the current service and quality level and further strengthen the position of the company in the heating sector. This, within the Bosch Group combines Isısan’s high-quality service approach with Bosch’s technological know-how in the area of thermo systems.

Bosch dealerships selling its range of heating appliances will continue their activities under the leadership of Isısan. With this transfer of responsibilities, Isısan will continue to uphold the previous high-quality approach and the Bosch standards in cooperation with the entire dealership network and service centres.

As of 01.01.2009; the customers will be able to have detailed information of Isısan service from the service hotline  of Bosch Heating Systems which is 444 2 474.
