Bosch Bursa added another accomplishment to its proven success. The company received Lean Enterprise Award from J&M Management Consulting on the 11th of June in Germany. The plant was assessed with field visit (supervision) and face to face communication, and was entitled to receive the award after a benchmarking process among 30 automotive suppliers located in Europe and Turkey with a range of number of employees from 100 to 5000.

Bosch Bursa Diesel Plant is among the few companies in Turkey having a successful record in line with these prerequisites: in 2002 plant was the Prize Winner in EFQM in the Operative Unit’s category. One year later, the company topped this achievement with the European Quality Award in the same category. This award is the most prestigious European award for business excellence. In 2007, the company received the European Six Sigma Excellence Award by International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) and the Sustainable Excellence Award of Association of Quality (Kalder) in Turkey; which was given for the first time. Lastly Bosch received the Inaugural Award form Middle East Quality Association (MEQA)
